Funk producer duo from Philadelphia Clayton & Fulcrum take on the heartfelt track from our favourite Swede singer/songwriter Lykke Li, keeping the chill vibe and adding a bit of a kick with their light edit on the instrumental half of the track. With the HD generation, even bootleg remixes (remixes based off of the completed studio track and not its individual instrumental/vocal elements) are surprisingly hi-fi, and these guys did a good job with the track despite having limited access to the source material. This is years after the release of Dance, Dance, Dance, and we miss her softer, gentler tunes in comparison to the edgier darker tracks on her newest album. Can’t wait for more of her third album.
